Quick and easy setup
The advanced pump control solution is designed to be user-friendly and efficient. With a guided setup process, any operator can set up a pump station in just half an hour, after which it is ready for operation. The pump control controller is built on Siemens' latest PLC controller, Simatic 1512SP, which is a compact system with high performance and easy expansion capabilities. The open system architecture allows a PLC programmer with Siemens software to service and expand the system as needed.
Full integration
The controller is Ethernet-based, providing full access to all parameters and ensuring complete control from SCADA systems. This means that there are no limitations on communication methods, making full integration also a possibility.
User-friendly operating system
The operating system is built with the latest SCADA pump control standard from the supplier. The system can be installed on a Windows platform, as a tablet or standard PC, and is designed to provide a clear overview of the pump station's status. The system is configurable for up to four pumps with many customization options that are continuously developed to meet customer needs.
Advanced features
- Heating and cooling control: Integrated PT 100 sensors in the controller allow for ventilation and heating control in the panel, and temperature development can be monitored via the SCADA system.
- Energy optimization: With built-in energy optimization features and frequency-controlled pumps, significant savings can be achieved.
- Step control: The system offers step control, which allows for individual control of each pump on four operating steps, making the system highly flexible.
- Automatic wear control: Built-in wear control continuously monitors the pump's condition and automatically alerts in case of deviations, assuming the pump station is equipped with a flow meter on the discharge pipe.
Integration with Siemens Ethernet-based frequency converters
For optimal integration, the controller is compatible with Siemens Ethernet-based frequency converters, which allows for parameter changes from the SCADA system and an extended alarm list. The controller can also be adapted to other Ethernet-based frequency converters or for communication with digital and analog controls according to the customer's preferences.
